CFD-DEM investigation of particle dispersion degree on a novel vibrating screen

چکیده
This work numerically simulates the particle dispersion on a novel vibrating screen by CFD-DEM (Computational Fluid Dynamics coupling Discrete Element Method). Three indexes are defined to refine effect of various screening times and areas features. Impacts ladder variables airflow distributions instantaneous comprehensive degrees particles investigated. With angle increasing, velocity increases gradually. Comprehensive Dxy Dxz perpendicular along entire surfaces increase initially then decrease. When is 110°, greater, with 68.53 mm 68.92 mm. As length increases, becomes M-shaped continuously. 70 mm, higher, 72.51 73.05 These findings guide reducing accumulation planar-linear screens.
